Owen Springs Education Unit in Alice Springs is a school for detainees while they are serving a period of incarceration. The main focus is to provide students with an education program that is designed to deliver learning outcomes that meet the student’s individual needs and interests, including academic, recreational and life skills inline with the Northern Territory Curriculum Framework incorporating the national curriculum.
