Murray Bridge South Primary School draws its enrolment from the urban area of Murray Bridge. The school reflects the rich cultural diversity of its local community and involvement in school activities is actively encouraged. Enrolment is increasing as a result of transfers to the area due to the availability of housing. The school is well-resourced with air conditioned and carpeted buildings. A children's centre, providing educational facilities from birth to Year 7, is due to open on site in 2010. The school has a strong commitment to Information Communication and Technology (ICT) with a quality network and professional staff. There is also a strong emphasis on health and nutrition with the implementation of Healthy Eating practices and integrated Eat Well-Be Active programs.
