Huntfield Heights Primary School and Preschool provides an attractive, caring and safe environment. Our onsite preschool allows a successful transition to school. Our excellence in teaching and equality of educational opportunity enables all children to reach their potential as learners and members of society. We strive to develop the individual, promote learning and develop positive relationships. We value responsibility, respect, persistence, harmony, excellence and ‘having a go’. We begin the year with a two-week program called ‘Jumpstart to self-learning and relationships’. We have an Eat Well, Be Active program involving all classes. An Aboriginal education resource teacher and Aboriginal community education officer support our Aboriginal students and families. We also have a specialist science teacher.
