How we achieved 97% member satisfaction

We are so proud of the dedicated, high-level and personalised support we offer to over 1000+ members of our national Kitchen Garden Program. 

Our Kitchen Garden Project Team works hard to ensure that our school and early childhood educators feel inspired and empowered with all the learning tools they need to teach children and young people to form positive food, wellbeing and sustainability habits for life.
 
2024 Member Survey

To ensure we’re hitting the mark and constantly adapting to educator needs, we ran an annual Member Survey to hear first-hand how we were doing. Over 144 members responded to our survey and the answers are a testament to how well supported they feel within the program. 

• Nearly 100% of members stated they were likely to recommend the Kitchen Garden Program to other educators, which is a strong endorsement of the program’s benefits.
   
• 90% of members said they were likely to renew their Kitchen Garden Program membership, demonstrating the value they find in our ongoing support and resources.
   
• 94% of members loved their experience of participating in our professional development offerings and found them useful for enhancing their program delivery.
   
• 97% of members rated our Support Team highly for their tailored, knowledgeable support, saying they were extremely satisfied.

• Our practical, easy-to-implement educational resources play a crucial role in helping educators plan and implement the program. As one educator noted, "I have used all of the resources offered by the Foundation – books, digital and in person. They have been a very important part of my program delivery."
   
• The Shared Table, our online resource library and community hub, continues to be a vital tool for our members. Our survey found that 90% of our members ‘loved’ the resources and news articles on the Shared Table and as one educator expressed, “The Shared Table is a fantastic resource that I use all the time […] I just love being part of the Foundation.”
