We are delighted to be back with face-to-face professional development sessions for Kitchen Garden members in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney with Delivering Kitchen Garden Sessions in early 2023 – with more to come later in the year. We can’t wait to connect with you in person to grow, harvest, prepare and share together. 

Delivering Kitchen Garden Sessions

A hands-on day of training giving educators practical skills and experience as they learn how to establish the Kitchen Garden Program into their school or centre, and deliver engaging, successful kitchen and garden sessions.    

Delivering Kitchen Garden Sessions is suitable for anyone new to pleasurable food education, including early childhood, primary and secondary educators. It incorporates hands-on, skills-based instruction in the kitchen and garden learning spaces, giving attendees the confidence to deliver pleasurable food education.

Getting Started Online For schools and services or educators new to the program, Getting Started Online will have you hitting the ground running with inspiration and ideas.

Virtual Tours Previously known as Community Networking, these online meet-ups are a chance to connect with other educators and get a good look at how another school or service is running their unique kitchen garden program.
