She has held the Chief Financial Officer position at several organisations including STA Travel, van Haandel Hospitality and Holding Redlich; and was Group Financial Controller at Urbis and Newmark Capital. Svetlana was an Executive Committee Member of the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association.
